Sentosa Island:
Had been to Sentosa Island. Always lookout for the combo offer. If your are planning to play in the beach try to bring towels and changing dress. From the map, we devised plan to see only few attractions.
Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom:
We could see few fluttering butterflies in the park. There are about 1000 different species of butterflies displayed on the boards with full information. We saw a glass display of the metamorphosis of butterflies and insect safari tunnel conserves insects in their natural habitat namely the stick insects, beetle, giant scorpion. A great place for Butterfly and Insect lovers.
Underwater World:
There are many varities of aquatic creatures present in the Underwater World. The latest one being the zebra shark. The others are weedy sea dragon, crab, jewels of the reef etc. Do you love to touch and feel the aquatic creatures? Then "Touch the pool" is for you. You can immerse hands inside the water and touch. This is located at the entrance. Then there is a acrylic tunnel where one can move along with travelator belt and see many marine life. Wow! what an awesome experience.
Southern most point of continental Asia:
A very good place to hang about.. This place has nice breeze and a cool area where one can relax. Just cross the bridge and you are in Southernmost point.Very Interesting right? But we are not sure why this is called southernmost point of continental Asia. If anyone has idea about this, please let us know.
Songs of the Sea at Silosa Beach:
The enchanting open air show with a dramatic effects, water jets that can rise up to 40 meters, flame burst, laser show and music at the background with the live cast. The specialty is that the shows will run even if there is a rain. We were seated in the first row and had loads of fun. We are provided with raincoats, so people need not worry, even if it rains.
Dolphin Lagoon:
They show case unique breed of Dolphins called Pink Dolphins and there are shows conducted at fixed timings. Here Dolphin gives a handshake, spyhopping and Sealions to tail-walking which is sure to win everyone's heart.A very good place to hang about..
